As part of the efforts to improve pedagogy, the staff of Saint John Paul II College underwent a one-week capacity development training. The event which took place between 6th and 10th of September, 2021, featured discourses that bordered on digital education, class management, record keeping, emotional intelligence, challenges of the 21st century pedagogical methodologies, amongst others.
